After Sales Service.
If you wish to make use of your rights under this warranty, you must return the defective item to our premises, at your own cost. You must have a valid invoice, and a description of the fault. On return we will then, within 30 working days, repair, replace or issue a refund in respect of the defective item, solely at our discretion. When you receive this warranty replacement item, the remaining warranty period on the item is valid only from the original date of purchase; warranties are not refreshed nor renewed on items that are issued to you as replacements. We may issue warranty replacement item(s) that are equivalent to, or better than the original item(s).
If you do not return the goods in complete condition, including all packaging and manuals, we will not issue a refund in respect of the goods, If you return non-defective goods to us, under this warranty, we may, at our discretion, require you to pay our reasonable testing costs and a restocking fee of 10% of the initial value of the goods
If you return goods to us, under this warranty, and those goods are defective as a result of your negligence.
We will not be liable under this contract and we may, at our discretion, require you to pay our reasonable testing costs. We cannot be held liable for any loss of data stored on any product sent for testing. Any valuable data, which includes software, must be backed up before returning the product for testing. If a product that was faulty at the time of sale is returned to the retailer, the buyer is legally entitled to:
A full Refund, If this is within a reasonable time of the sale (Pcb-Plus deems this to be 7 days). After 7 days a replacement product or credit note (to the value of the replacement) will be offered. If your product develops a fault, provided the product is within the warranty period. You are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement. If your goods are returned as faulty after 28 days we reserve the right to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If this should happen please note normal turnaround time is 21 working days but it could take up to 30 working days for repair or replacement.
Your responsibilities
• It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility of any goods offered for sale by us both with the existing components within your system and with any other goods offered for sale by us.
• It is your responsibility to ensure proper installation of our goods into your existing system.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that wherever necessary you access the manufacturers web site to download any necessary product upgrades (including drivers and manuals).
LCD / TFT Display Pixel Anomalies :Due to the manufacturing process employed when producing TFT displays there is a tolerance of pixel anomalies (bright / dark / coloured dots) the limits of which are set by the TFT manufacturer No refunds or credit will be granted for TFT monitors purchased from us the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations on Liability: PCB-PLUS PASSES THROUGH TO ITS CUSTOMERS ALL MANUFACTURERS¹ WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES THAT ARE PROVIDED FOR THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS.PCB-PLUS MAKES NO ADDITIONAL OR INDEPENDENT WARRANTIES.
Items purchased untested or sold as seen at a special price as end of line or for other reasons that prevent them from being sold as new are sold with no warranty . These items may be second user, or discontinued stock. They may be missing drivers, manuals, cables and accessories. Packaging, if supplied, may not be in new condition.
Please note that item(s) brought or sent back to us without a valid invoice will be rejected. You will be liable for all postage costs for unauthorised items that are sent to us.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a trade customer.
Software: Software not owned by Pcb-Plus is supplied subject to the licence and warranty of the Software licensor. Pcb-plus encloses the Software licence that the customer requires with the Product where necessary; you must comply with that licence.
Please note that software does not come with any warranty from Pcb-Plus.
Any items which are returned under the warranty and are found to be in working condition will be charged a testing fee of £5 or 10% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater.
